We follow the journey of flavor from cooperage to cooperage, from new white oak to bourbon casks, to find something more until united into an unutterable single malt experience.
Our double cask whiskey aged in specially selected seasoned White American Oak to receive a vast spectrum of flavors from the virgin wood as well as style and manner.
The passage to old bourbon cask brought character and enthusiasm with delicate flavors of vanilla, citrus, and butterscotch.

AROMA
Dried fruit, red apple, and sweet toffee. rich orange with hints of clove and nutmeg, fresh fig, vanilla, and newly sawn oak.
PALATE
A painted canvas of vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, Sultana with caramel, balanced by wood and citrus.
FINISH
Sweet orange echoing to warm oak, ginger and white roses.
