The Futura Garden

The herbs and botanicals necessary for the preparation of a good Gin are varied and come from all over the world. An interesting variety of juniper berries can be found growing wild in the Catskill Mountains where the distillery is located.

Other herbs belonging to the 18 included in our top-secret recipe can be cultivated with the wisdom and care of our Peter and Rita. From one herb to another, here at Alton we have decided to expand the project to include the cultivation of some of the primary ingredients required by our on-site restaurant.

Peter and Rita have arranged everything, and the garden will be ready for next season.

Oh, I forgot to tell you, I saw the subdivision of the garden. They will also grow some very colorful flowers.
