Rain Dogs Restaurant and Grill is led by Head Chef, Seraphin Owen, who joined The Alton team in June 2022. Seraphin was drawn to The Alton by a shared passion and continuous drive for uncompromised excellence, feeling an affinity with his own pursuit of professional honesty. He uses his experience, passion, and knowledge to create a unique culinary experience.
